Enquiries and feedback
AXTHORM uses the contact information and project details you submit to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and manage that conversation. Testimonial submissions are reviewed before publication. Only approved names, company details and feedback are public; email addresses remain private.
Accounts and payments
Client accounts are created for invited clients. Account sessions use an essential, secure cookie. Passwords are stored as protected hashes. When payment processing is connected, payment details are handled by the payment provider; this website does not store card details.
Service providers
The website may use connected hosting, database, content, email, scheduling and payment providers to operate its features. A calendar or payment link takes you to the relevant provider, where its privacy information also applies. Optional analytics and advertising trackers are not included in this version.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by emailing axthorm1@gmail.com. You can also ask for your testimonial to be removed. Retention arrangements and provider-specific details will be finalised before public launch.
